My team and I work remotely in revit and constantly have situations where we need to work on eachothers files. We use onedirve as our main cloud service, however this causes the file path to include each users information e.g
'C:\Users\john.doe\OneDrive - Design Office Ltd\Design Team Remote projects\John'. In order for the material library to work we would need a centralised location that would be the same file path for all users.
Currently when we load material libraries it requires us to relink each image texture which is becoming very repetitive and annoying, not to mention time consuming.
I imagine the solution to this would be to save the files in the same location as the default mats e.g concrete, oak ect
Does anyone have any tips on how to resolve this or has anyone else had any similar issues to us?

Thank you so much for the quick reply!
we have tried this however the material library is still looking for the path to the image from the person who originally created the library so the persons user info is still in the path link... (this is due to us using onedrive as a sharepoint; we are open to other cloud services if it doesnt manipulate the file path to include the user info)
Obviusly the fix to this is for us all to work in the office under a local server but was wondering if there is a way to save in the same location as the default mats

- Each user needs to add their own OneDrive folder, not John Doe's
- Revit should still find the texture images if they are in a folder added to Additional render appearance paths, even though it may still show the original folder in the material's properties.
