How to export revit file smartplant 3d file?

hi,

   i worked a project in revit. but now client wanna in smartplant 3d file (.vue). i didnt know about smartplant 3d.... 

any possible to convert revit file to .vue.? covert via navis is it possible?

Export 3D view from Revit to Navisworks as .NWC. That's the easy part. NavisWorks will only export to DWF or FBX.

Does Smartplant accept either of those two formats? Take a look at 3DS Max or AutoCAD - maybe it will export to a compatible format - possibly SAT, IFC or IGES. Revit will give you SAT and IFC. AutoCAD will give you IGES too.

 i am using revit 2014... i will convert ifc file. is it support in smart plant 3d?

Get the Smartplant 3d Loader for Navisworks https://apps.autodesk.com/NAVIS/en/Detail/Index?id=3600717124178851530

and install.  

Export Revit to Navisworks....open file in Navisworks....use add-in to export vue file from Navisworks.

Else...can they import anything else besides a vue file?
