Hello, I'm trying to place the stair stringer underneath steel pan steps. I was able to edit the 'structural depth on run/landin' but then the string under the landing doesn't extend to be flush with the under side of the landing. How can I achieve the effect I sketched in the screen shot?
My second question is, if I change the stringer type to 'carriage (open)' the stringer is flush to the sides of the steps. If I use 'Stringer (closed)' which i have done, the stringer is place outside of the stairs. Since my stringers are going below the steps, I want the steps to sit on the stringer. Is there a way to change the offset of the stringer so I can move it underneath the stair?
