How to do You Create Unconnected Height Instance Parameter to a Column?

I have a Timber Column that only has levels options on the  "Top Level" instance parameters,  pretty much every column loaded in the project doesn't have an unconnected height.  Now I have opened the Edit Family of the column and I can't find out how to put the unconnected height parameter

Column heights cannot be changed to "Unconnected" after they are placed. If you need the heights to be unconnected, activate the column tool, then before placing each column, change it to extend to a Height rather than a Depth, then use the drop-down box to select "Unconnected."
