Its pretty much easy
1. Use a line based detail item
2. Place a line (line pattern dashed or aligned or any that suits u
3. Lock the ends to the ref planes at start and end
4. Lock that line to the ref line in the detail item

For the text
1. Use a detail item family (not a line based)
2. Add a text note at center
3. Nest to the line based family
4. Place 2 instances and lock one above and one below line

Thats it more or less

Hi @RDAOU ,

Thanks for responding, actually I was expecting that this line might be developed based on the topography which software itself analyzes and creates this line. Is that possible. Please elaborate.

Also I want batter lines and pad level to be represented on site plan, can you update how I can accomplish this...

Thanks

I think the “cut/fill” line is the least of your worries here.  I’d be more concerned about the 6% downslope into the Garage.  Is that seriously allowed?  I’m betting that is calculated at the low side too, so the gradient is even steeper at the high side.  Out of curiosity, what jurisdiction is this?

Regarding the “cut/fill” line (along with the cut and fill computations): it doesn’t make much sense in this context (or lack thereof), so why even bother showing it?  But one thing you aren't showing that I would think should be shown, are the retaining walls.  Clearly, you are going to need them and they're likely going to need be engineered as well.

If you are okay with using different solid color fills to present the Cut and Fill then yes.
