How to designate an additional Attached Detail Group

Hello,

When I load a building module into my project as a group, it asks if I want to include attached detail groups. The only available detail group to display is "Level 1". That is my floorplan with all the dimensions and constraints on it. However, I have another floorplan in the model with wall, window, and door tags. Those are the details that i am really interested in attaching when loading as a group. How do I create a new group of those annotations that I can toggle on in my central model?

Thank you

You can create an attached detail group of tags and another attached detail group of dimension/notes to a model group by this method:

- add tags and dims/notes to model elements

- select the models elements and tags, create group. that would create a model group and an attached detail group of tags

- select the model group you just created and the dims/notes and create group, that would create another attached detail group including the dims/notes

- now you can choose either or both attached detail groups to attach to the model group.

The tags are information that I need to show in my plans. The dimensions in each group are for reference and verification only. If I show the entire group, the plans are unreadable because each module has its own dimension strings.

Thank you for the suggestion. I can't group the tags:

You cannot just group the tags by themselves.  You need to select the model elements AND their tags and group to create the attached detail group #1.  Then select the model group you just created AND the dims/notes and group to create the attached detail group #2.

Last copy of group deleted whenever I finish adding the tags to the group?

I have tried to get this to work a few different ways. I managed to create a detail group in the project, but when i try to load the detail group after inserting the project as a group into another project and I enable attached details, it shows me everything BUT the details in the group.

It says "last copy of group deleted. group type removed from project" when i try to finish creating the detail group. I add the model elements to be tagged into their own model group. Then i create a new detail group and add the tags:

When I hit finish:
