Where are they coming from? Looks like the family. Open and inspect the Family.

...or post the File here and we'll troubleshoot.  Shouldn't take more than half a minute to figure out.

You mean the window frame and the dashed window opening indicators? You should be able to fix that in the family (material, sub-category etc.) and visibility settings in the view template.

I noticed your pent house door looks like a residential wood door. I assume you didn't mean to use that for an exterior door. That also is determined in the family.

It looks like the Subcategory of the Object Style has colors assigned to the it in the project. Those are the OOTB colors used in the family and if the category didn't exist in the project then it will bring that in from the family.  If it is that changing the color in the family will not update the values in the project.

I opened the family file and changed material and object styles. But nothing happened.

This is correct, if those object styles exist with in the project, it will not update the project. You will need to change it with in the project. Changing it in the family will work when loaded into future projects where the object styles don't exitst
