I am working on designing a community center for a project in college and the project is to also include a pedestrian bridge across the highway that is beside the site. I recently came across the image below and would really like to create something similar for my project to serve as the building's roof and the ramp to the bridge that will cross the highway. I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on how to get the roof to sweep like in the image?

I would build a conceptual mass to form the slopped surface and create the roof using Roof by Face.
you can do it ,as ToanDN mentioned , using Massing and then using Roof by Face , or keeping only ad a mass entity. You can also use Wall by Face for parapets (railings)
The problem comes if you want to build a ramp over another one (overlaping in plan)
If you don't need overlaping , then it will be easy, as you can see in the following screencast:

pay attention , the shape must be a closed polyline...
