Like the title suggests I am trying to create a property line which I normally just do by sketching but this time I have a property that has somewhat of a complicated site and would love to know how to use this feature as I was never taught it in school and because I have a feeling im gonna need it more in the future.
Context for the site, north is straight up, and the dimensions are in metric (meters) the bearings not showing are for the 10.42 side which is 177 06' 25", and for the 3.25 which is 187 49' 00".
this may as well be a longshot but I appreciate any help from some people who understand this better than I do.

Do you have quadrant bearings for all those property line segments? Something isn't adding up here.

Hi, I really appreciate your response as it helps me a lot. To answer your question, I have given all the bearings that should be applicable to this lot. however I believe the error you have come across is because the document has some mistakes in it. I remember seeing something not add up in a lot a couple lots down on this same street. If you would like I can show you the bearings for lot 4.
However, seeing someone else get a result that also is not connecting helpful because I thought I was going crazy because I was doing it wrong.
