How to create parts with equal width pattern on floor?

As said in the title, let's say I have a 3m long floor area and would like to create floor pattern to it. I want to split the 3m long floor into 80 equal parts, instead of drawing 80 lines using the divide part command, is there a quicker way to do that? Thanks

Think it needs to be done in the sketch however array doesn't work if I remember correctly. So then copy 1 sketchline, copy 2 sketchlines, copy 4.., copy 8.., copy 16.. etc.

Create a Model Pattern > divisioni 80mm

Appy surface material > Model pattern.

Allign as you wish

3000/80 = 37.5 so here is a model pattern of lines 37.5mm apart:

I guess the above replies suggest asking the question whether or not to use parts for it. So that might be a valid question, depending on what you are trying to do with it.

create one and copy them

You can use Slope glazing and then set one of the grid to be fix number. In the number you can add the number 80 to split the floor into equal part.

where do I find these commands?

@syman2000has drawn it as a flat roof, so under architecture tab, roof by footprint without slopes defined, then switch the roof type to sloped glazing if it wasn't already (it is also selectable when drawing). Then edit the 'roof' type accordingly. Personally I don't like to draw things outside their category, but in this scenario if you want it to more or less automatically do the division for the floor it seems like a valid approach.

If your question was about creating the division itself, you could also array some model or reference lines and snap and/or lock the parts division sketchlines to those. If you place them in their own sub-category you can control them seperately.

Try this.

My question was about creating the division itself. I guess the array model lines and snap those as part division sketch lines works fine but I was just hoping there's a faster way to do that as I'm arraying 90numbers of lines, which I have to select those lines one by one when dividing part, which I find it a bit annoying... but thanks anyways!

Once you know the distance (3000/80=37,5mm) you can copy them multiple at a time over multiple the distance, what I meant with post#2. So you copy one over 37,5mm, select both, copy these two over 75mm, copy 4, copy 8... OR... copy one over 37,5, select the second only, copy it while selecting the first as starting point, select all except the first, copy again with first as starting point to the last, etc. etc. and you will be at 80 in no time...

Ofcourse you could use a model pattern instead as some of the above posts suggested, which would in most cased be enough probably...
