How to create multiple sheets to show design options in Revit?

Hello,

I am working for an owner of a site where an internal design team does lots of potential projects. The buildings are in Revit and the plan is to do the projects utilizing Design Options for our workflow and to accept the design options once the project is complete or delete the design option if the project is scrapped. There can be multiple small projects occurring on the same floor. The sticking point is the notes, details, and work shown on sheets. Is there a way to utilize the same sheet numbers for different concurrent projects within a single model?

Any help is appreciated!

View Visibility/Graphics Overrides=>Design Options Tab

Set the DO for the View.

...maybe I misunderstood. Same Sheet Numbers?  You can't.  What's wrong with numbering the "Duplicate" Sheet with an extension denoting the DO (e.g. "A101.1" or "A101.DO1" )?

You can right click on a Sheet in the browser, rename, right click in the Sheet number box and add an Unicode character (pick the last one).

That appears to allow us to do this up to 18 times which is great!

Another thought I had was to do all the modeling in one model and just link the views into separate models for each project to do the annotations and notes in the second project very similar to working in CAD. Is there a way to do this without doing a full model set up?

So, lets see if I understand this correctly. You use a Unicode Characters to make say 18 "A101" Sheets, each with a duplicate View, of say "Level 1", representing a particular Design Options under consideration.   Is that about the size of it?
