I want to create two types of floors like the attached pictures.

So, anyone, have a family can share it to be used as floors or a way to edit floor materials to be like the picture.

Your best bet is to do that through Materials. Revit has Assets for both.

Type "Metal" in the Search Field and then press "Metal" under "Appearance Library" on the left side pane.  Then scroll through the list in the right pane.

What Version of Revit are you using?  The Asset I'm showing is a PBR Asset.  PBR's came in 2019.

If you are using 2017, you should be able to find checker plate under metal.

Both types of floor in the pic you can also use a material configuratong to do that.
1- Open the Asset Browser
2- Search for Mesh (your fisrt picture) / Diamond Plate (your second picture)

For the mesh one, You can try some differen kind of meshes

For the mesh one, Revit default patterns are the ones (At my PC, they are at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Materials\Textures\1\Mats:

You can also configure others manually, just search for a "bump" and its "cutout" on internet (or create yours), use the BUMP and the CUTOUT like this one:

Use the "CUTOUT" configuration in the material. I showed it in the previous comment
