How to create Free Form Mass Surface Without Segments?

Hello,

I am trying to create a free form surface in mass.

i need to make wall by face on this mass surface in single piece.

But, while i create mass surface, it automatically creates segments in it. and as result i can't create single wall by face and i need to create walls by face as segments.

can anyone please help me about how can i make such form without segments to make single piece wall.
