  • use the Sweep tool

here is a short video and a link to the other instructions on how to create a sweep.  i'm using 2021, but this functionality should work with any recent version of Revit.

Curtain Wall would be another approach.  No Mullions. Just Panels shaped like that. I'm thinking it's probably not constructed in the field as a monolithic wall.  Probably erected in sections.  Doing it as a CW would allow you to quantify the sections in a Schedule.  Just a thought.
