How to create a cave in Revit

I am doing a project and my concept is a marble cave.   I am trying to bring the cave effect indoors by designing the hall way to look like the inside of a cave.  I would like to do the reception overhead, ceiling area with a cave like design also.  I am also decorating the columns and I am achieving this by using massing and site; however I am do not know how to design the cave effect in the corridors and the reception.  Any idea how to do this?

use the Conceptual Massing Environment to create the mass cave object.  Use void massing to create the "cutout" spaces."  Then, load this massing into a Project.  Use Building Maker Tools to make the design (Walls by Face, Floors by Face, Curtain Walls by Face, Roof by Face).
