To turn off Filled Region Annotations in a View Template it is controlled by Detail Items. There is no mention of Filled Regions.

Filled regions and masking regions are Detail items.  However, detail items are per view so, if you don't want to see them in a view then just delete them.

Hi,

Filled Regions and Masking regions fall under the Detail items category.

Select a Filled Region and the property panel gives as category "Detail items"

The object name "Filled Region" is actually the family name, which in this case belongs to Detail items.

The line in the Filled region belong to the Lines Category.

If you need to turn off all Filled Regions, but not Detail item components, then create a ViewFilter with category Detail Items and Family name "Filled Region".

This is best but there was the Detail Item category in 2020 for filters.
