How to change grey fill default on Demolition Plan

How can you change grey fill default that is on the existing floor on my  Demolition Plan, have tried graphic overrides but only want to change existing not proposed at the same time( proposed showing up white atm) .

It depends on the phase filter you are using. If you want to show Demo as red dashed while existing as black, you can set the Show Previous + Demo and set the existing to show by category
