How to chang the steps height separatly?

architecwang_3-1645601673899.png

it is a quite common concrete stair in the upper pic, I really don't know how to build it with Revit... . How to change the height of the 1st and the final step in the stairs tool...? APPRECIATE!

Pretty sure Revit will always make all the risers uniform. If you want to model something different you may need to make your own family or do a model in place family.

Landing detail:

The highlighted detail is not doable with the stair tool...it will be a straight cut

  • Later at detailing stage you can mask it with a region and replace/overlay with detail components in section)

Otherwise,

  1. you would model the stair using the Stair tool as per Blue/Highlighted section shown below
  2. then add the landing element separately (the green highlighted section)
    • Either as an in-place extrusion
    • Or as a Floor Element

Different Risers:

  • You will need 2 different runs - wont work in a continuous stair)
  • You can model the run with the 150mm Height, then model the one with the 110mm and then assemble them together (using the assembly tool)
