How to Build House on Stumps?

Hi,

I need a little help/guidelines regarding a house building on stumps. How to model the deck in Revit. And what factors should be considered for it. Any related material or plans would be greatly appreciated...

treat the stumps as if they are your foundation walls

set a level grid for each level needed and create the views for each level then design you house.

if your stump heights vary then create a level for each stump height

set a grade level then set levels as needed going up.

roof level = 25

2nd floor = 18

1st floor = 10

Stump 4 = 3'-0"

Stump 3 = 2'8"

Stump 2 = 2'-0"

Stump 1 = 1'-10"

Grade = 0

worst case scenario is all your stumps are different heights you would need to block up to the heighest stump then place your structural deck @ that elevation.
