How to Break Dimensions ?

according to my understanding and per How to achieve Dimension break topic

no way to break dimensions in Revit like AutoCAD.

and as @RDAOU suggest we can use filled region in a Generic Annotation family.

but  I still see the boundary of the filled region, how can I solve this? unless overwrite manually

any thoughts about that?

Edit the generic annotation family

  • edit the Filled region >>
  • select the boundary lines
  • Change their line Style to  <Invisible Lines>
