How to Archive Model When Working on BIM 360

What is the right way to archive model when working on BIM360? I was told to publish the model. If so, how to do it? Thanks!

BIM 360 is in itself an archive, if you publish your models regularly. It is good to set an automatic weekly publication of your models. Then, BIM360 keeps all the versions, and you can download any previous version.

If you don´t publish regularly, then publish all models now. You can do it from Revit´s home screen. Navigate to the folders, find the options next to each model, and publish all models of the project. Then, download from BIM360. You will get a .zip file with your model and all the links. Then you can put that .zip file in a folder in your computer.
