Is it possible to set the justification for Levels to be consistently on the left side? (See image below).
I would greatly appreciate any advice, even if the solution is not straightforward.
I'm not following. You want them positioned in relationship to something? Revit can't know what that something is, unless you define it. Define it with a Crop.
...do you use Scope Boxes?
I aim to implement [Left Justification] at both ends, rather than the default mirrored center alignment. The attached image shows the standard setting, which is not my desired outcome.
I'm focusing on aligning both sides of the Level to the left (See original Image from the Post) . Any suggestions on how to achieve this would be highly appreciated.
Attached is an illustrative example of the objective I'm striving to accomplish: left-side justification at both ends of a Level in Revit.
As depicted, my intent is to align the level annotations consistently on the left, contrary to the default centered or mirrored justification. If anyone has insights or techniques for configuring this in Revit, your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
That's not possible. Text "justification" is the control point at both ends. I have no idea how that would even work. Not all levels contain the same number of characters. Plus, Datums are annotative.

If you have any suggestions, out-of-the-box ideas to accomplish this, I'd be keen to try them out.
As I stated above - Crop the View. That's in the box. Or continue down the path you are on. Eventually it will lead back to Crop the View. How long that journey takes you; I have no idea. See you when you get here though. I'll have a beer ready for you. I'm sure you'll be parched. 😉
I ended up going down a path that I am still testing. Unfortunately, it is not the most efficient at the moment. I am hiding the 'Level Symbol at End 1 & 2' and replacing them with a symbol family that I can adjust using Type parameters to maintain some control through the different views, as well as Instance Parameters to make changes to each Building Elevation, Section, etc.
Yes, I am aware this may not be the most conventional approach, but it allows me to achieve some of the graphics expected to be in use for the project.
If, after this, you come up with any additional ideas, I would greatly appreciate you letting me know.
Regarding the "Crop the View" solution, I'm not sure how it would assist with my issue, as I also require these levels for the main building elevations. Please refer to the linked image for a clearer picture.
You're tenacious; I'll give you that. This has been a subject of discussion for as long as I can remember. You might want to search the forum for those threads. Maybe a nugget of useful information will be revealed to you in one of them. Good luck to you.
You know you can split a Elevation/Section View crop boundary with a gap and move the two outermost sections (including the Levels) closer together; don't you?

Yes, that is indeed a very useful tool. I utilize it for sections and details. However, it does not address the issue of label 'instance alignment' at each separate end of the Level System Family, which would allow me to exert more control over each side of my drawings, for example, Building Elevations (see link below).
Building Elevation
What I am aiming for is still far from being resolved by cropping the view because, essentially, I want to display the entire elevation.
Also, just to add, if I duplicate and tweak the Level Head in different Level System Family for different views, like one for elevations and other different for wall sections, aiming for a custom look in each viewport, it ends up changing the Level across all the viewports, which messes with how it looks in all the views that Level's in.
Regular Level Head [Annotation Family].
