How to add anotative text when using design options?

for some reason i cant put different text notes for eash option. why is that?

Create duplicate views, one for each option.  Set each view to show its assigned option and then add the notes that  apply to that option in that view.

Good Morning,

Design Options unfortunately do not allow view specific items to be incorporated into the Design Option itself. I'm assuming you are attempting to add the text to the D.O. so that as the different options are toggled, the appropriate text toggles with it? You may be able to create a detail groups and attach those detail groups to the D.O.s. You can also just make duplicate views (one for each option combination) and annotate those views uniquely.

I believe that's what David meant... You annotate the view and not directly the Design Option. However; once you adopt a final DO those views (the duplicates) would be redundant.

 

That's the only/ideal solution for your question.
