How to add a visible annotation slope arrow to a sloped concrete floor slab?

An interior slightly sloped concrete slab, inside an enclosed garage, slopes toward  the exterior garage doors, like at a one percent slope.  The slope was successfully achieved using the Modify Sub Elements tool in the Shape Editing section, and it can be seen that the slab is sloping in a building section view.

Question:  On the floor plan which shows this garage and the floor, how to "annotatively" add a slope arrow with its slope showing just by adding the arrow?  If this is an annotation thing, where is the symbol or the tool to add this annotation slope?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you're referring to the Spot Slope tool in the annotate tab.
