How do i visualize a project I made on another computer

My computer stopped working and I downloaded revit on another one, is there a way i can continue working on a project i made in that computer, on this one, or do I have to start over

You need to be able to open the Revit file on the new computer.  If the file is on a server or cloud then you can just open it.  If the file is on the old computer and then you need to copy it to the new one.

Just open the file and go to work on it. No different than opening a word document or excel spreadsheet that was created on another computer.
