How do I make Sub Folder Sheets

How do  I make sub folder sheets in Revit 2019? For example, all of my sheet that are G-0X I want under a "General" subfolder, all my Sheets for Phase 1 I want under "Phase 1" sub folder.

I have watched like 6 videos and read forums and tutorials about it using Project Parameters and Browser Organization, but when I do it, it wont work! Is it a 2019 glitch?

Can someone please explain to me the steps to do this, I would really appreciate it.

looks straight forward to me.  have you saved the model, close and restart Revit?

Yes, I have multiple times over the last few days. It looks easy and straight forward, I have tried with like 6 different videos and forums how to's but I just won't work. I don't know why.

once I go thought the steps and assign the sheet in the subcategory and apply it in properties, it will not create a subfolder for that sheet, nothing happens.

Yes, exactly. I can't figure it out/my Revit won't do it. Can you explain to me how you did that?

Did you change your browser organisation accordingly? Can you post the same screenshots as in the tutorial, but applied for your project?

I have done exactly what all of the tutorials told me to do. Can I see you you organized your browser?
