how do i fix this strange glitch?

i am working on a project for school.

i placed a wall an used the attach top/base option. after that i made a section and once i viewed it i saw that my wall attaches to the top layer of my roof instead of the downside of the roof. i went to check that same wall in 3D and there i saw that it worked like it should only in the sections the wall attaches to the top layer i tried to fix it by unattaching it to the roof and attaching it again and i also tried removing the wall and place it again but same glitch happens

does anyone know how i can fix this?

Join Geometry and Switch Join Order.  If it doesn't work, share the model here or at least, share the roof assembly and wall assembly configurations.

I would suggest it is related to your roof assembly construction.

Do you have layer that isn't Structure? If so the wall will cut straight through the layer.

If you set at least one layer as structural the wall should stop beneath the structure.
