Currently using placeholders for our consultant sheets. However I cannot figure out how to change the revision number (highlighted in green). Any ideas?

Change the sheet list to include elements in links and have them add the revision (additional revision) to their sheet(s). Remove the placeholders for any sheets they have now.

I would convert place holder sheets to actual sheets.  It is so much easier to organize information with real sheets.  To do it, simply add sheets and choose from place holders instead of new.
