How do I activate a view on a page? How can I move the viewport tag?

Some basics here...

I have added multiple views on a sheet.

I am having a hard time activating a view to edit inside. After getting inside, I have a hard time

getting out of it. How on earth is this done?

Also, I know how to stretch the viewport tag from the right.

I can move it up and down/ left to right, moving it along with the view.

However, how can I move the tag, independent from moving the view while grabbing it from the left side?

1. double-click in/outside the view?
2. hover/select/drag the tag around?

This is not working for you? Not sure if I understand the issue.

I actually made this for another issue, but it fits here too :-).

Just doesn't work that way for me...maybe because I have multiple views on a sheet?

I can't get out of a view,  how can I switch out?

Zoom out and double click outside of the viewport.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

When you're in the view turn on crop region, then double-click outside of that. Sounds like you have overlapping views, could be you're switching in between those.

1- To Activate a view inside a sheet >> left double click on it
once finished editing >> left double click on any lank area outside the view

2- to move the tag >> select it separately and move it using the mouse or arrow keys

If my answer helped you please mark as a solution, this helps others to find answers quickly........
