How create a gable roof with a wood finisch

Hello,
Design a house with a wall and roof finish with wood. (picture for example / reference)
The wall is created with wall sweep. first I created a profile family and put it in the model.
But now I want to put the same profile onto the roof.
What will be the best solution?

You just need to specify a finish layer to walls and roof as wood.

I don´t understand what you mean by "the wall is created with wall sweep".
