Is there a way for Revit PDF export to only export the latest revision of drawings automatically?
For example, I have issued revision C1 and now have a C2 revision, but it isn't all of the sheets. Rather than go through and select only the sheets which are C2 manually, is there a way I can automate this?
If automation isn't possible, is there a way I can filter the sheets on the PDF exports by revision number so that I only have to "Select All", rather than having to manually tick the sheets I want to print?
Sorry if this doesn't make sense. For context, I've attached a screenshot of the PDF export selection box, which is where I do it manually at the moment.
I forgot to mention that I'm using Revit LT 2022
Not automatically.
Create a sheet index and filter by current revision = c2. Note the sheets listed. Export to PDF, choose only sheets listed above and save as a set to export or print.
With full Revit, you could install PyRevit to create a set using any given revision then export or print the set. Alas you are using LT.
