You can model the sidewalk as a floor and modify sub elements to depress it to create the ramp. It is one way among many.

How can I do that? Is there a way that I can use a parameter for the width or length of the ramp?
Thanks for your response.

Model a floor based generic model Void to cut the host and load it to cut the floor in the project...Unless you have a separate family for the kurb stone , you can add them to the same family
