How can I make Color Scheme Legend semi-transparent like the color scheme itself.

Is there a way to make a color scheme legend semitransparent like the color scheme itself.  I am trying to show an image under a color scheme in an area plan and changing the Graphic Display Options to 50% transparent while the legend is not is proving to be problematic.  Is there a way to solve this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

There isn't an option to make it transparent. Your only way is to lighten the color scheme color.

You can't. When I need to do that, I either have to using Fill regions matching the color scheme and set them to semi-transparent. Or create actual rooms / areas in a Legend Phase, set the view to the same color scheme and place the view on sheet next to the main view.

This is frustrating! Why can't the legend match the same color/transparency as in the drawing?

to get your colorfill legend that is generated by a colorscheme, If it is generated by defined room areas. Go to visibility Graphics, under the tab "Model Categories" go down to "Rooms" its misleading showing that you can't change any graphics for "Color Fill". Instead under the column for "Projection/Surface Pattern" in the "Rooms" row, change column for "Transparency" this will allow you to adjust the opacity of all the colors that are applied to rooms using a color fill legend.

NOT IMPOSSIBLE!
