HOW CAN I FIX THIS? I SCALED MY FLOOR PLAN TO FIT 11 X 17 BUT MADE THE TEXT SO LARGE.

I SCALED MY FLOOR PLAN SO THAT IT FITS ON THE 11 X 17 TITLE BLOCK, BUT THE TEXT BECAME LARGER. HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

Create smaller text styles and tag families and use it for views places on 11*17.  If the views need not to be 100%, you can use a larger sheet (22*34) and print it at 50% without changing the text and labels.

Looks like there is a lot of work to do. Annotations don't scale. They remain true to size.  1/8" Text is 1/8" no matter what the sheet size.  So all you can do is reposition annos in the view. Leaders will help too.  Still, a lot of work. No magic button for this kind of work.

It shouldn't be THAT much work, as long as its done correctly. Incorrectly and you might change a bunch of things throughout the project that you don't mean to.

 

Just make sure you are duplicating types and making new ones. If you are unfamiliar, watch a video or two on YouTube about family types.
