How can I expand this viewport that opens up in Revit 2024?

Hey everyone, lately when I open a new project or new project template, I am given this rectangular viewport. I am unable to expand it beyond a certain size so that when I try to place something at a height of 60 metres it goes outside this solid line boundary and becomes invisible. I'm also unable to select it if it's outside this boundary.
On site plan views, I'm able to expand this box, but in any other view it's completely fixed. Any suggestions on how I can edit, maybe even completely remove this? Thank you.revit viewport.pngrevite viewport2.png

Check your Properties Palette to see whats going on.

Is the View associated with a Scope Box?

If so you can either change the Scope Box to None, or open an overall floor plan where you see the Scope Box and resize it.

Do you have a View Template controlling the View Settings - again check the Properties Palette.

Finally, are you using Design Options?

When working in a Design Option you have to be in Model Space to affect formatting.
