Much like autocad's wipeout, I'm trying to wipe things out of a view with opaque filled regions but can't find a line type which doesn't print. What can I do?

This is your best bet.
Revit is WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) so you cannot have something visible but not print except special stuff like ref planes and viewport border.
Hi @gnarkill283
When you need to conceal/hide/Mask a portion of a view in Revit you use the tool Masking Region not Filled Region (Same place under Annotate >> Regions) its name speaks of itself "Masking") .. You still need to set its line style to Invisible
