How can I create dummy viewport title blocks when I have a linked cad file on a sheet filled with details and I need title blocks for each one of them?

Copy paste the title block from another sheet?

Edit: you mean View Title, not Titleblock, don't you?

Create Drafting Views with an invisible line, name and place them on the Sheet to match the details.

Or, link each CAD detail to a Drafting View, and place them on a Sheet.
