How can I connect two different projects so that the first project sheet is in the other project? For example, Sheet Set Manager works in AutoCAD

you wont be able to see them in the project browser, but you can schedule them. link them together, make a Sheet List or View List schedule and check the Include elements in Links option on the Fields panel.

You would have to make views that showed the sheet views in the other model (By linked view) and make the corresponding sheets all of which need to be in the referencing model.
