For formal reasons i am obligated and need to work on Revit 2019.1. How/where can i check what is my current update? Is there any possibility of problems occurring at different update levels? I mean if i will create and work on 2019.2, how does it affect in opening it on 2019.1?

It will show in the top of the window when you open Revit. My guess is these versions are fully compatible, but tbh I've never wondered about it or encountered issues with that. Not sure I've ever worked in different (sub)versions 🙂
