How can I add a floor/stairs to a door?

Hey!

 

I'm new to Revit and I'm currently trying to add a floor or stairs to a door, just as you can see in the below pictures, however I couldnt figure out a way to do it - door profile, floors, etc. Notice that technically it's just a slab in front of the door and then the door is elevated from the ground. Any ideas how to do it?

Enter the "Sill Height" (under Door Instance Properties).

Change door Sill Height and model a floor or a model in place floor in front of it.

Thank you, however now the wall sweep is in front of it :C

I just fixed it, just set the sweep as cuttable.

That kind of works, however it's too simple when compared to the photo, as you can see below. The slab in the photo has an extruded surface made of a different material, while the one in the image below it's just a simple block.
