Are you trying to copy families from one project to another? In that case, select the families, group them, Saveas >> Library and you will be able to save them to a new RVT.
The other method - open the families, and the destination RVTs in the same Revit session. In the family - click Load into Project, and in the dialog box that comes up select the RVTs you want it to go in.
