Horizontal Dimension Text

How do I make a dimension style with horizontal text centered in the string? I can't get my text centered. I want it to look like this image.

Hi @Anonymous 

Try setting the type properties of the Dimension as per this image

To have the text in line with the Dimension Line you will need to drag it over, also make sure the text Background is set to Opaque.

Yes that's what I have right now but i dont want to move it over every time

Unfortunately there  is no Justification setting in the Dimension Text Properties, and no negative Text Offset, so that's the best I was able to do.
