High Quality PDF Issue in Revit 2017

We are using Revit 2014 in our office and for PDF generation we are using Bluebeam, PDF quality is very good and nice. But recently we started using Revit 2017, we are facing issue with PDF's it's not generating good quality PDF with any software like CutePDF, Bluebeam, Foxit Reader. Attached is the photo of the problem we are facing. If anyone here knows the solution please help.

It looks like raster printing was being used.

No it's vector processing.

We also have same problem. Raster or vector still the same issue. Does anyone have solution for this?
