Hide a layer in an entire project

Can I hide a layer imported from a .dwg link in the entire project or just through each view using visibility graphics option? even if the model is not setted with a view template..

You can delete the imported layer if you want. Click in it, query, and delete.

What about just deleting layer?

You also have the option to specify the layers from the linked CAD.

Find the linked file under Imported Categories tab with Visibility/Graphic Overrides (shortcut vv of vg, or under View tab), select the desired layers you want in the current view.

Or when template is applied find it within the template under V/G Overrides Import -> Edit... button (if included in the view template), select the desired layers you want in all views with this template applied.

Deleting (/setting up) layers within the .dwg probably easiest to do in Autocad before linking/inserting, or with Query when selecting the dwg in view.
