Your roof is on a curved plane due the way you constructed the mass, therefor not a workplane you can set... probably.

You also have some nice dynamo solutions to create curved beams on a (curved) roof, however yours should be easier as posted above by @RDAOU i.e., note these beams will follow the curved roof/be curved also since your roof is a curved surface.
can i make horizontal and vertical of the beam or it just one direction only ?
i have divided surface. what should i do next to make the beam system ? i am still confused.

You can make both...set the V Grid and U Grid to the number you wish...activate the nodes and finish sketch
The question is do you want the beams to follow the curved surface or do you want them straight - start point to end point...based on that you divide the surface and model the adaptive family (the number of adaptive points will depend on the number of nodes they are being placed on
See this post where @ToanDN is creating an adaptive profile similar to what you need
If too complicated...Use the mass face to create a Curtain System with empty system panel see below GIF
If that also doesnt work...use Slopped Glazing with an empty panel (you can create 2 ... 1 in each direction)

Perhaps eleborate some more on what you're looking to do exactly. I get a feeling you don't want/need a curved roof surface which might allow for simpler solutions... could be, not so sure though...
i see his video making aadptive component but dont see how he put at the surface of the roof. so how to insert it to workplane of the bottom of the roof. i still dont undesrtand. thanks. should i insert point element one by one in that roof ?
i want the beam to be like this with wood material
or the step like this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSD-1_RxqQU&t=659s ?
i need one more step how to insert that to that roof

Same way u change material of the mullion in a curtain wall... in the project browser scroll the rectangular curtain wall mullion family >>> edit type >> duplicate >>> input size and material
