Help with Weird problem with Revit Staircase Carriage supports!

Hi everyone!

This is my first forum question post. So pardon me if I did anything inappropriate.

My problem is clear as shown in attached pic. I adjusted staircase support carriage to desired dimensions and thouse cutouts appeared at the bottom or the carriage. Any idea how to adjust it?

They don't show up if the staircase height and risers count are higher which make staircase angle steep.

And also if I reduced highlighted dimension as in my second pic.

Please help! Thanks!22

Welcome to the forum!

I tried what you did, and I can confirm that I have the same problem.

Like there is some kind of a "maximum" height of the carriage that Revit allows. Or a possible bug.

I suggest you don't waste time, create "Cast-in-place" stairs and model-in-place those carriages (or create parametric loadable family, or use structural framing rectangular rc beam family and cut its ends with "opening by face" tool).
