The images below is my current progress through a project we are work on and I'm having trouble with the wall and roof geometry. My current efforts will probably make experience reviters recoil in horror, but this is exactly what I need help with.
I have a stepped roof and walls that are joining at 90 degrees, while also being curved, and I've ended up with a hole in the wall that I need to fix. Also, I really really need "best practice help" with how that should be done?
Current state:
With floors hidden:
Another angle:
Try adjusting the boundary of the lower roof so it aligns with the exterior face of the wall.
I would have this wall match with the surrounding wall
The top wall, you can edit the profile and make sure you want to disjoin this side of the wall.
Or maybe try to model the way the construction phases will go. (see picture below).
Then if you have any holes, you can edit profile of the roof or Switch Join Order of the wall and the roof.
Thank you Anze
My first attempt was to model it to reflect the construction order, but this is what left me with holes in to the front. Inexperience is my main problem.
