I have to create a site according to the attachment shown below. My issue is, the whenever I go to change the elevation it is not showing up correctly. I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong..

Thanks

What do you mean?  Changing the elevation of the topo points?

Odd. How are you navigating to an Elevation View? Via the Project Browser or the View Cube?

...Ha! Yah, I guess you could read it that way too, @ToanDN

It's showing this no matter which way I navigate it.

Yes. So to clarify, I started by creating an elevation of 0 around the building, then one of -20. The initial view is not looking correct to me, so I'm at a stop.

So this IS about the Elevation View itself? How did you create it in the first place? Go to View Tab and select Elevation?

...sorry @Anonymous, but from reading your latest post, it seems @ToanDN was on the right path. Sounds like you're modifying the elevation of the points inside Toposurface sketch mode, and not getting the results you want upon closing out of sketch mode. Is this correct?

No, it's a massing and site issue.

Do you want to see more contour lines on the elevation, see deeper, see a larger extent of the elevation?

Thanks for your help, I changed the details you've shown but the issue still remains. It didn't seem to have an affect.
