Help with Curved Text

Hello, I am currently working on a library design project, and part of the entrance includes model text on a curved wall of curtain glass that displays the name of the library. I figured out through tutorials how to create a family class with the metric model generic face based option. I created the text added a parameter allowing text to be included. I then saved that an imported it into my main project file and placed it on the curvature of the face and the text does curve but it curves the opposite direction of the wall curvature. I am unable to rotate the custom class though I don't know why it simply tells me I can do it, and its quite frustrating, if someone could help me figure out how to reverse the curvature of the text so it fits correctly that would be great .I have also tried mirroring it which doesn't work, I have tried changing the wall type for the text that doesn't work, and I have tried reversing the letters and then reversing it and that doesn't work. Thanks in advance

Face based families are for planar face only.  You need to place each letter separately on the curved surface.

Another possibility is use an adaptive family of a divided curve, and each letter is also another adaptive family hosted by a node of the divided curve.
