Hi! I did this shape in Rhino and now I'm trying to do it in Revit with Conceptual Mass, but I can't, mostly because of the holes on it. I tried to do it in a single line, leaving small holes between them, but look what it creates. At the end, I want to have the mass in Revit to do then the tridimentional truss.
What I want to create
What it creates with the dots that I have there
I tried to do this with Bezier Spline

I tried that, but it didn't work because I can't make a hole inside of the mass.
Not sure if I understand. Why can't you make the voids and the surface in the same mass so you can cut? Do you want to share the file?
Yes, here it is. I'm new in Revit, so if you know like an option or how do I do the voids, I would aprecciate it.
Edit the mass and add void form.
- draw lines and create solid form first so you can size it more easily
- Then change it to void and it will cut the surface
Thanks for the help, I did it and it worked. But now, the other problem
of the tridimentional truss. I did a family for the structure of the panel with the template Metric Curtain Panel Pattern Based, and I load it in the project days ago to test it. And now when I try to load it in the project that I created, it appears an error. I tried to save it with another name and also created a new one from scratch.
You can test the family flex by changing the tile spacing. Here shows some points are not hosted/constrained properly.
I fixed the points and skeleton frame for you. You can recreate the rods from them.
The one I did at the beggining when it worked, but now doesn't
Complete it the one you sent
I completed the one you sent, but it keeps appearing the error. And also tried with the one that I did first, but it doesn't work either.
I have fixed your curtain pattern family again but I would recommend to use an adaptive generic family with repeater. It gives a better result. Both are attached and the image below is using the adaptive family.
OMG! I tried to do it with an adaptative family too, doubling the mass with a subdivision, placing the family and then press repeating, but it hasn't gave me a result. Would you mind telling me step by step how did you do it?
